Bioway Packs Pvt Ltd is a prominent company that was founded in April 2011 in Kerala, India.
This training agency is an authorized training partner for the Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ), recognized by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). It operates an NSDC approved Training Centre, providing training programs at Level 3 and Level 4 as per the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) standards.

Our instructors are certified Master Trainers and Trainers created under the Skill India Portal. They are experts in paper bag making and are passionate about sharing their knowledge with others.
Our training center offers Level 3 and Level 4 NSQF approved qualifications for paper bag makers, registered on the National Qualification Register (NQR). With our commitment to promoting entrepreneurship, we provide opportunities for women empowerment, Self Help Group (SHG), and weaker sections of society to set up small enterprises with minimum investment.

We offer two courses in paper bag making- Paper Bag Maker and Paper Bag Manufacturer, that are designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to create a sustainable livelihood while contributing to the waste management practices in India.
Paper Bag Maker (NSQF Level-4)
This course is designed for individuals who want to set up a production unit for manufacturing paper bags from paper or recycled paper. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the paper bag making process and the necessary skills to source and use different types of paper as per client requirements. With a focus on compliance with statutory requirements, the course also covers the overall management, recruitment, and sustenance of the business.
Minimum Job Entry Age –
18 Years
Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience –
10th Class OR Certificate (Certified Paper Bag Technician) with 3-5 Years of experience OR 8th Class (with 2 years ITI program)
- Setting up a production unit for paper bag making
- Sourcing and selecting paper materials
- Designing and making paper bags
- Quality control and compliance with statutory requirements
- Managing the overall business operations
Paper Bag Manufacturer (NSQF Level-3)
This course is suitable for individuals who want to learn the technical skills required to manufacture paper bags from different types of paper, including recycled and waste paper. It covers the entire process, from cutting, creasing, folding, and pasting to fixing handles and packaging the finished product.
Minimum Job Entry Age –
18 Years
Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience –
Ability to read and write
- Understanding different types of paper and their properties
- Using appropriate equipment for cutting, creasing, and folding
- Fixing handles and eyelets
- Quality control and packaging for dispatch to customers
